A design and the resulting product do not happen in and of their own. We follow a careful step by step approach to each project.
Initial Project Investigation - we meet with the client and share our expertise to review the client's needs and develop a comprehensive design program.
Schematic Design - the initial program is developed and sketches prepared translating that program to a floor plan.
Design Development - a successful layout has been identified by the client and the architect.Refinements are made to further develop the plan as well as addressing more specific issues and ideas.
Final Design - the plan and elevations are developed as CAD drawings.Construction drawings and details are added to complete the documents, making this project buildable.
Compliance Design - any final comments are included in the contract documents at this point.
We now have a set of design documents upon which your contractor can bid. Once you have identified a contractor that you feel comfortable working with, we will help you review their bid. Your job is ready to begin construction. We are always ready to answer questions or advice you during the design and construction process.
